Willowbrook Christian Church in Victor, NY is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries. The purpose of this person's work with us would be to provide consistent leadership and oversight to all children's and youth ministries in our church as a full time job. This person would need to have experience working with youth and with families and would need to be talented at building and leading teams of volunteers. This person would need to be able to inspire others to work hard for the cause of Christ. And he or she would need to be able to model what following Jesus looks like in real life. And then, down the road, after we’re moving ahead again in terms of serving families with youth and children, this person would oversee other staff — paid workers in areas of youth ministry, children’s ministry, and infants/toddlers’ ministry.
